These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of acureco.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products offered by AcuReco ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, creating an order, or joining our waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. About Us & Our Products

AcuReco is an independent reseller of the "Sporban" product, manufactured by Yutoku Yakuhin Kogyo Co., Ltd., which we offer internationally under the name "AcuPatch". We are not the manufacturer. Product images on the Site may be illustrative or computer-generated and may not exactly reflect the physical product, although AcuPatch (Sporban) is a real product.

3. Health Disclaimer & Proper Use

AcuPatch is intended for general wellness use only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we make no medical claims. Individual results may vary. You should consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, have a known metal allergy (for example to nickel or chromium), or use an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience redness, swelling, itching, or other discomfort. You agree to use the product in accordance with the instructions provided.

4. Products, Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which may be added at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices, products, and promotions at any time. Orders are processed at the price and under the promotional terms displayed at the time of purchase. Promotional offers (such as "buy 4, get 1 free", free shipping thresholds, and coupon codes) are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and have no cash value.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to limit or cancel quantities, for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for that order.

6. Payment

We accept payment through PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable charge to your selected PayPal payment method and confirm that you are authorized to use it. We do not collect or store your card or bank details; payment is handled by PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully captured.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the address you provide at checkout, and you are responsible for its accuracy. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are your responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied. We offer a full refund on your first pack of AcuPatch — no questions asked — if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To request a refund or replacement, contact support@acureco.com with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method. Additional or bulk packs beyond the first may be subject to our reasonable review.

9. Waitlist & Coupons

Waitlist sign-ups and coupon codes are offered at our discretion and may be subject to limits, expiry dates, and single-use or capped-use restrictions. Coupons are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may not be resold or shared publicly. We may withdraw or invalidate any code that we reasonably believe has been obtained or used improperly.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or fraudulent information, infringing the rights of others, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by AcuReco or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product and brand names, including "Sporban", are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcuReco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AcuReco and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be resolved through binding arbitration or before a court of competent jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available in your country of residence.
